The Business Essentials Program
The Compass Business Essentials program is a 90-day small-group coaching series of just one hour per week. This group, the 6AMERS, is a Sales Manager-led achievement and accountability group focused on helping agents and employees create routine within their morning to set a strong tone for the day - with community, collaboration, and structure. Already about 150 strong, this program is now expanding West!
At the core of the Coaching at Compass Program is the Sphere Nurturing and Relationship-building programming, which sources best practices from top agents and blends them with the fundamentals of behavioral psychology. It simplifies seemingly complex or tedious business practices creating easy systems that can be done in 10 minutes a day or less.
This group of top managers and industry experts, dialing in from Compass coast-to-coast, lead weekly workshops for an immersive coaching experience designed to help agents grow their business while developing essential habits for longterm success.
