How To Get Paid
Upload all files to Business Tracker - Any questions related to compliance can be directed to our Transactions Team - transactions.dmv@compass.com
Submit Checks - Commission checks need to be dropped off at our offices by noon to be processed the same business day or wired directly to Compass. Checks submitted after noon will be processed the next business day.
Contact your Office Experience Manager for information around our check drop boxes.
Submit Commission details via your Business Tracker
Set up your Direct Deposit - Direct deposit is the required method of payment. Once you complete your W9 (included in your new agent paperwork) you will receive an email from accounting with instructions on how to submit for direct deposit! Contact your Agent Experience Managers for any questions you might have.
Setting Up Mobile Deposit
As a result of our partnership with JP Morgan Chase, we are pleased to share that you have the option to deposit Compass commission checks via a mobile app!
Under the mobile deposit process, we will require the input of several key data points (i.e., client name, property address, etc.) about each check, enabling us to identify and process closings as quickly as possible while maintaining required regulatory compliance.
