Starting on August 14th, Private Exclusives will be marketable to the general public in the DMV. Please check back here for more guidelines as they become available.
The Office Exclusive form will be required by Bright for all Private Exclusive Listings. This can be found in the “Bright MLS- DMV” Form Library in Business Tracker.
